TOWNHOUSE RENOVATION | Brooklyn, New York

Located in Brooklyn, New York - this 4-story brick townhome was originally built in 1899.  The building over the years was converted into a Two-Family, and the interior conditions were deteriorated.  The overall project called for a full restoration and renovation of both the exterior and interior.

This included: Full window & door replacement, new stucco to the base and stairs, refinishing all iron work, redesigning the gardens, 2nd floor roof terrace, replacement of millwork on Bay Window, and full interior renovation.

Design Concept – aimed to restore as much of the existing character of the townhome, at the same time inserting modern influence both inside and outside the home.  This juxtaposition between the historical qualities of the home, and the modern inserts provides a rich spatial experience both inside the home and out.
