Elan Planning and Politi Architecture have partnered to deliver the City of Gloversville’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) through the creation of an innovative Strategic Investment Plan (SIP). Politi Architecture’s contributions included providing design services and producing detailed 3D renderings, aligning with Gloversville’s long-term vision for downtown revitalization and urban renewal.
